The CS dictionary
Some Valentine's Day this is turning out to be.
My week of crazy deadlines next week promises to be one full of splitting headaches:
Mon, 13th Feb: CS104 essay Tues, 14th Feb: CS 107 report, CS 105 project one final report, CS 105 project two revised plan Fri, 17th Feb: MB103 non-assessed case analysis which I still know nothing about
The teachers do not have a heart, honestly. But, we still managed to find time for this -
White Specs Day!

Who looks the best in Jing's white specs? Feel free to post your comments and thoughts on it in the comment page. Contestant number 1: Mel Contestant number 2: Jan Contestant number 3: Billy Contestant number 4: Me Contestant number 5: Fel Contestant number 6: Jings Contestant number 7: Luqs
Just realised today how we have come up with our own lingo and stuff when we taught Billy our Hong Kong exchange student friend some new phrases to his ears.
Happening Definition: Cool Eg: Going clubbing at MOS is how happening can.
Whatever-la Definition: To be used when there is nothing else to say, or you have no idea how to put words to your exasperation Eg: No examples needed. You can use whatever-la anytime you like.
What-ever (In a sarcastic tone) Definition: To express annoyance Eg.: It is a more severe expression of "whatever-la". To be used when the person has really annoyed you and is, or is going to cross the line.
Talk cock Definition: Spout nonsense Eg.: After someone says something nonsensical, it is then wise to say, "Stop talking cock la."
Random Definition: The mostly widely-used word in CS these days. It is used referring to just about anything. Eg.: "Who is this random person? I've never seen him before", "That is how random la", "Suddenly, this random jumping frog popped out of nowhere!"
Add some happenings, whatever-las, what-evers, talk cocks and randoms to spice up your life today. :)
