basketball finals.
arghh. i'm pissed at the pile of homework we've been having for the past few days. it's sitting on my desk like mount everest, calling out for my touch. haha, too bad. i'm not in the mood.
yesterday was my school's basketball finals against hcjc. it was thrilling! actually, i'm pretty naive when it comes to basketball cos i've no clue about the rules and all that, and when you get free throws etc. but i managed to enjoy myself all the same...although i thought the cheering on our side was pretty lacklustre. mmm...we won the boys' game but the girls lost! so i guess it's a fair deal. however, it was nerve-wrecking when the boys played cos towards the end, it started to get very close and the hc people kept scoring basket after basket, and all we got were free throws. for once, i was pumped up about a school activity and i started screaming. haha. after that, i went to mos to eat wtih al...the ice milk tea there was so good! bumped into her friend, the one she insists looks like zaizai, but i so disagree! zaizai looks a gazillion times better. :)
i've got a pc lit essay and a gp comprehension to complete by tonight. and there's american idol, which i'm not going to give up! honestly, i don't like fantasia's voice. i don't see what the hype is about her and why the judges adore her. i think diana's so much better! and jasmine...she's good but she won't make it past tonight. that's what my bets are on anyway. oh, but i'm in love with this song fantasia sang last night. it's "the greatest love of all" by whitney houston. check it out...:)
