the best trip ever.
The trip was seriously the most fun I've had in a looonnng time.
I don't even know how to start to describe it - From the bus ride up to Genting to sleeping at Coffee Bean to the Genting Theme Park where Luqs thought he was going to die on the Space Shot and Jings screaming like a girl on the Flume Ride to taking endless shots in our lovely hotel in KL to shopping at Midvalley to clubbing at KL Zouk where we danced like we didn't have a care in the world to lounging around the hotel pool while the guys went to the gym and then finally wading in the pool together to heading down to Suria KLCC to take these artistic shots of ourselves to heading down to Bukit Bintang for more shopping and then to the bus ride home where we managed to squeeze ourselves into four seats when we had six allocated seats, wondering why in the world we paid for the two extra seats when we liked sitting this way better anyway cos it was easier to talk.
Not forgetting the endless amount of self-disclosure every night, I swear we know each other inside out now, down to every little detail, especially among the roomies. The Hokkien Clan's book that will be published in time to come by Koay, J. L., Chia, A. and Ng, J. containing the best theories in the world - The 2cm theory, The Walking Arrangement Theory, The Balance Theory, The Basic Rights of Human Kind and many other theories are still in the works. This trip brought us closer together in ways we've never thought possible; now the six of us even sound the same. Fascination over the Malay language, card games that last late into the night, trying on kinky hairbands at a random girly shop, whacking every single food item KL has to offer, having your two roomies snuggle up to you at night when there's so much space over at the two ends (one even attempting to climb on you in her sleepy stupor) - the memories are irreplaceable.
I guess I will come up with a detailed trip reflection thing soon with all the pictures - which is a feat on its own at about 300 pictures in five days. The Innies have outdone themselves once again.
Oh when I look back now That summer seemed to last forever And if I had the choice Ya - I'd always wanna be there Those were the best days of my life
